We made 'gloop' - cornflour and water- and the children made patterns, numbers, shapes and letters in it. It does get quite messy but they enjoy just moving their hands through it.
We have been talking about the seaside- groups of children were able to sort things that they find in the water, on the beach and things we see both on the beach and in the water.
